Diaz & Company offers Job Analyses regarding Workers’ Compensation and the American Disabilities Act (ADA). A Job Analysis is completed by initially conducting an on-site observation by Vocational Expert, Frank P. Diaz. Job Analyses are then completed utilizing a task-based format, or an essential/non-essential job duty analysis.
Mr. Diaz has been conducting Job Analyses for over 30 years. Mr. Diaz has 10 years of experience conducting job analyses in wafer clean rooms as well as the County of Santa Clara Correctional Department analyzing various jobs for the individual that work within the correctional system.
